Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience delivery delays but we are committed and working hard to send your orders as soon as possible.
What are the shipping times?
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard shipping on all orders (no minimum order) to the entire US and Canada.
Our regular shipping time is 4-15 days, depending on your location. For Canada, orders usually arrive in 7-15 days After shipping your order, we will send you a tracking code. Every day we working hard to ship your orders to you as fast as possible.
Can I return if not satisfied?
With our 'Free Return' service, you get 12 days to decide if you want to return or keep the item for any reason, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc.
1. Products returned without our authorization cannot be accepted.
2. The time frame for exchange & return must not exceed 12 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear or scratches, and must not be altered or resized in any way.
4. All promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the sales price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
How to Return items:

3. Wait for door-to-door pickup service
1. Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
2. Personalized items with “photos” and/or “engravings”, are non-refundable. Xxedo will charge a 45% restocking fee for the exchange of the personalized items.
3. Products without tags or that have been damaged, worn, or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
4. Products that were worn, or sent to you as Exchange/Replacement are not refundable.
Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or if you want, as a store credit
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive an e-mail with your shipping tracking number that confirms your order has been shipped.
